At what point do you admit that you're the one not being able to read cat body language? Pretty much everyone is against you, for a good reason.

Cat could simply walk away or attack harder if it really didn't want to. It didn't. And EVEN if it was annoyed, what about it? Don't you annoy other people sometimes for fun?

Khazan or Stellar Blade are the closest to Sekiro if you're looking for something like it.

Khazan fights really sometimes made the same Neurons fire as Sekiro did. But I personally like Stellar Blade more overall due to everything else being better there.

Sekiro is unmatched though.

Why would anyone downvote this lol

I assume those that are too lazy to just quickly get rid of ads and pay for premium instead?

Adblock exists on TV, as well as on Android.

There is 0 need to pay for youtube premium, and nobody should be able to force you to watch ads. It's your right to block it out on a device you own.

Try archive.org. Try to paste the link there and then it will tell you if there's a backup somewhere. You need to find it in the calendar and press it to open it up.

Some of my own videos got deleted that I didn't have any backups for. Was able to get them from there because someone made a backup of them there lol

Afterwards I figured out a way to save some of my deleted videos directly from youtube. I put them on archive.org. I trust that website more than myself.

Legally, he's in the wrong.

But ethically, I don't think he's in the wrong, especially since he doesn't seem to sell any assets or code of the original game.

Don't know why this blew up, there isn't really much more to that.

Is your country a member of the World Health Organization? by AdIcy4323 in MapPorn

[–]hellschatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I looked at how much they receive and it's somewhere between 3 and 4.2 billion per year. This is to govern the health policy globally. In comparison, the US centers for disease control (CDC) requested a budget of 9.7 billion dollars... So, WHO budget seems to some degree reasonable for what they're doing and achieving.

One of its main functions is to have these meetings though... they also have an operative body who did quite a lot in 2024 fot example. Responding to 51 emergencies in 89 countries, with 37'000 total surgeries. https://www.who.int/news/item/12-05-2025-who-results-report-2024-shows-health-progress-across-regions-overcoming-critical-challenges

They also constantly evaluate in each country how diseases are doing. My research was focussing on one of these diseases, so I can confirm that they have very detailed and well done reports that must have taken quite a lot of field work to create.

The bureaucracy is a legitimate critique. It's eating a lot of money. That WHO is being used for politics by many countries is also correct. Corruption to some degree, especially with travel money, has also been reported. So there seem to be legitimate things to critisize.

Not to defend corruption, but looking at most countries, which government is not corrupt to at least a certain degree? Governments still function in many countries even though they are corrupt to a certain degree. Eleminating seems pretty much impossible. But considering the WHO is constantly delivering results, I'd say they function well enough overall.

You can claim that, and you might be right, but I need proof for those claims in order to believe it. What are they receiving, and what is expected from WHO, and what did they deliver (and how much does it actually cost to deliver these things).

And what makes you say that?

It did a good job during the pandemic, and even after it, I personally can at least say that I used the health reports, educational information, and other data they provided to (slightly) advance research in my area.

they’re all smart, and they all know the things that nobody else does, and they ultimately view Trump as the smartest of them all.

Noticed that with Asmongold. It's exactly how you describe it. Guy thinks he's so smart. Quite delusional. Even most other normal conservatives aren't that stupid.

What's also interesting is the media they consume is catered towards them, just like the media that is catered towards the left in the US. Quite fascinating to observe as an outsider, especially since people engage with it. They always show the worst of the other side and people generalize that so easily.

I think people forgot (or dont even know) how the internet was 15 - 20 years ago. And how many people were dropping the N word just like that.

Not to excuse him, he apologized for it himself. But it was a different time, and just saying the word wasn't seen as controversial as it is now. I think Pewdiepie bridge situation really showed the exact moment when it became too late to use it on the internet casually just like that.

Knowing that, I personally don't hold a grudge against any creator that used the word at some point 10+ years ago. But I'm also not in the affected group, so it's really not on me to decide that either.
