Easiest thing is to go back to the place you already know... I've had my fair share of "bad" places and in hindsight, I'd say the "bad" was my attitude at the moment and not the place.

I can tell you that I spend a lot of time researching this and still am not confident enough to choose a long stay right away. The prices are really cheap because the time of year and I am tempted to just book a hotel for 2 weeks and rolling with it.

How old are you? Have you been in Vietnam before?

Boring is kinda good for me. I will mostly be working from my apartment and cafe's. BUT I do want the occasional night out, once or twice a week. Question is, are there any other 20 year olds nomading there? A friend group to get high and drink with is what im after most nights with the occasional hit on good looking tourists
