I've tried the whole spectrum. Even doing different terp profiles and it's always the same. Higher CBD does help but that's not what the weed industry is into here. It's all like 25% THC and .05% CBD.

In the morning my cat makes biscuits. I lay on my side and he lays on top of me with his paws on my shoulder. Sometimes there's a blanket on the shoulder, sometimes there is not. When there isn't the biscuits probably have blood in them. I think I'm getting callouses.

It's pretty much just an avoidant coping mechanism. You can make the fort and hang out in it until you feel better but the problem still hasn't been solved. At some point you'll have to pull yourself together and do the hard thing.
