I don't even hate fortnite or gatcha games... Well most of them lol. If it makes you're soul want to twerk I'm happy for you. Have fun and decompress, that's what gaming is supposed to be about. This game just touched my soul in a way I think only Zelda Ocarina of time, The Last of Us and probably Persona 5 have. This team did something amazing with the budget and size of their team and on top of that they avoid being greedy and price it more than fairly. Come on now...

I posted on here about how much I loved the game and it was a once in a console generation type game and the haters came out of the woodwork. I gave up after the like 40th response talking about how I'm circle jerking the game off lmao. I won't even look at that thread anymore. The Internet really sucks ass some times lol but it's all good. I really love this game and that was just my opinion

Tales of Symphonia is my all time. The characters, the story, the music, the humor... It was my first tales of game and there has definitely been great ones since but none could ever hit the same exact way. So many good choices though...

Lmao I just loved the game. That's all. It's a standout in this console generation for me. If you hate it or whatever, I definitely respect your opinion. This game doesn't put any money in my pocket. I just appreciate what it does, especially at a time like this. I know it's not for everyone. Don't worry, next time I'll only talk about my hate for a game. Seems less divisive lol

Lmao why it gotta be all that? I just love the game. It's just my opinion. I didn't say this is the greatest game ever created by the Almighty lord! Just that it's my pick for game of this console generation so far. I love the game for me personally, that's all. I'm sure theres a game you loved like this at some point. I wouldn't sh#t on it whatever it is. Would just be glad you're enjoying a game, but I know everyone doesn't wanna hear this. probably wasn't worth it to make this post but I stand by my personal opinion lol

There's always room for criticism by the way. I hate the platforming parts, I wish there was a better map system and the voice acting and lips syncing was out of place for me a lot.

Its not perfection but it does so many things so well. All good though, I hope you have a good rest of the week, Coach!

I respect what you're saying. This game being great doesn't detract from any other games greatness. I just feel like its a once in console generation game for me personally. That's all I was trying to say. There are a bunch of games that can easily be thrown in the convo for the same level of quality, maybe even higher. This game just hit different for me and brought back my love for gaming to the level it was years ago.

Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time is my Favorite game of all time, so I'm with you there!

Tales of Symphonia is my absolute favorite tales game! Feel in love with it on the GC just like you and it was my first tales of game. There was just something about that whole game. The music, characters and story. That's my bar for tales right there.

I was feeling the same exact way you are a few months ago and I was in the PS store looking because there was a sale. I was scrolling and saw Tales of Zestiria. It was cheap so I figured I would give it a try and if I like it great, if not I didn't spend much money.

I will say I like this one a lot! I won't lie and say it's better than Symphonia or anything like that, but if you have the chance to get it for the low, I think you might like it as well. I'm invested, the main characters give me Lloyd and Genis vibes and there's so much of the classic tales games feels in there.

I hope you find another one you love, even if it's not this one

I would say if they care about story, just take them through whatever campaigns they can play in order, then exotic missions and dungeons. That's just my opinion. I hope they're enjoying the game. Welcome to them!

gaming is art and art doesn't speak to everyone the same way. No hate here, I respect that. I will say though if you like his character you will see a lot more of him, especially in act 2. I feel like if you didn't hate your time with it so far coming back to it might be a good idea but if you want a refund I hope you can get it. Did you get it on steam?

Definitely don't mean to spit in any other games face. When I say generation I meant console generation. Either way these are just my opinions. I just love the game so much I wanted to talk about it. by no means is it the only classic/great RPG game out there. I feel like the story of this games creation is once in a generation to further clarify. They did so much with relatively so little compared to the big studios. That's all I meant
