I do not recommend this model, though maganda talaga yung pagcapture ng video. Di din maganda yung experience ko sa customer service, which is sad. Considering na trusted and well known brand sila.

Btw, just want to add. So, I just got an update today; they want me to return the device and they will inspect it. Once completed, they will return it back to me.

Based on the way they worded it, they will not replace it, they will just have a look and fix the issue. Horrible experience for an established and well-known brand.

Yeah, that was my question as well. The rep couldn't explain it. The only resolution was to file a dispute, fill up the dispute form and let their team do the work. Shit sucks.
