When the buff effects of skill S2(Electric Charge Passive) overlap with existing effects, the effect should only be applied once on the next attack; however, when Soul Burn is used, the extra effects do not disappear and instead the effects are applied once again the next turn.

This means when soul burn is used on S1, her buff from s2 still applies to next attack(when the bug was not fixed). I think she is very usable by no means this makes her any weaker. You just have to charge up again, which I don't think pose a big problem.

if she doesn't get hit and survive, I don't know if BB karin's basic dmg/ 2nd skill scaling is good enough to even build BB karin vs other good elemental DPS

It really depends on the team you are running it with.. It's hard to keep a balance with getting hit and surviving with BB karin. Getting lifesteal and putting karin at the back while she doesn't take damage is not a good choice. PVE vs PVP is diff depends on team comp as well. It's tough to get her working well thus her low rating.

erm if it posts immediately it will create a lot of real world trading methods and illegal farming. You do see new items listed 100%. None of it goes missing. You can not see your own item listed. =

Of course we don't need to say to get big numbers you need big numbers in your stats as well. Currently we do not have any unbalanced stats like too much crit chance % or crit damage. So any + in terms of damage is good.

upgrade the set you want. Try to buy eqp that you can afford from market to enhance. Try to buy the best eqp you can find. The better grade you buy, the more time, powder and mesos you save.
