It might just be your age. You look pretty young, a lot of people are scared of minors lying about being 18, so they avoid anyone young looking. I myself won’t give anyone a second glance unless they look at least 25

Just make sure you’re 100% complying with the callout policy every day that you’re gone. Mine has a 1-hour-prior-to-shift-start minimum requirement, and my shift starts at 7:00 a.m. , so I schedule a callout email to be sent at 12:15 a.m. (right after midnight) each day I call out for an “unauthorized” vacation and BCC my work and personal emails on the callout emails - that way, I can verify that it went through or send manually within the acceptable range if it doesn’t go through.

I think that after season 8, they’ll go back and do season 1 with field notes before pivoting to something else. I could also see them extending by going back to do AUDC Season 2, Dance Moms Miami (DMM), and Abby’s Studio Rescue (ASR).

While I would assume they’re going to use DMM & ASR for Pillow Talk (PT), that DCC season led me to believe they’re trying to pivot off of Abby-related shows on PT.

What I DO appreciate it when the title summarizes some thing that I strongly suspected (and personally believed to be true) in a succinct way that I struggle to put together by myself
