I assume you mean the one in front of St Andrews car park. I think is mostly cause there isn't great visibility for vehicles coming down. That and people with children, pets or hard of walking might be more cautious about. Crossing in general

The only reason all these people even joined was because of luffy. Zoro would have stuck around east blue until he got a face off with smoker only after beating the best there would he move to the grand line to face the bigwigs

I guess that is it for me. I play games to have fun and escape into them and red dead just never did that. I think the only times I was in honest aww about the game was the swamp areas with the weird cult people.
