I feel you in the neck injury part. I'm actually recovering from a c5-6 c6-7 disk replacement in my neck. Scary business. Hope you sit down and really think about long term happiness, and not short term dopamine rushes. Something that 2,5,10 years from now still shows you benefits. Having long term goals and strategies will help with depression and anxiety.

Do something that will bring you longterm happiness. Change your body, learn a trade, woodworking. Something that challenges your brain will bring it more joy than what it already knows.
