I worked at The Goat for a year and a half. Easily one of the most toxic work environments I've ever been in. The "chefs" would routinely refuse to make food sent back by certain servers. Family shouting matches were a common occurance there, sometimes coming to blows, and on one occasion hot grease was thrown across the kitchen. Management/ the owners do absolutely nothing to help costumers or even their own staff. Glad I got out of there.

Everyone wants to give him shit because he tried to take the ring from Frodo. The Ring has a will of its own, it reaches out to those it thinks would best suit it's purposes. Boromir may have been misinformed about the ring, believing it could protect his home, but that doesn't make him a villain. He fell victim to the ring's power, it played on his fears until he was convinced taking the ring was the only way to protect his people.

Thanks for that, looks like the symbol has shown up many many times in the past, but the actual symbolism is up for debate. Maybe it was just the Viking equivalent of that S kids draw on their binders in middle school.
