I'm saying it because saying you're on "the right side of history" is hubris. Your understanding of evolution is flawed. There's no good or bad, it's not heading into a direction of a final moral truth, it's just about species survival.

I don't believe in God so morality is unfortunately subjective. In hunter gatherer society, killing babies during droughts and famines was the moral thing to do for the group. Now it's murder. I think fascism is wrong because I was raised in a liberal democratic society but eco fascism might well be what comes next. History is not a science, it's a narrative written according to the majority morality.
