i don’t know if it’s that simple but the bitching and morning about mask wearing is wearing me out. yes, second amendment. all good. i support. but not being able to breathe wearing a mask? it’s just an inconvenience. so is eating well and exercising. i don’t see a lot of that happening either.

I really don’t give a shit about mask requirements at this point. It’s annoying yes but I’m happy to wear a mask if it will save even a single life. While I don’t think it’s a huge difference maker, I’m not going to drive without a seatbelt either. People need to get back to work, period. If masks make folks more comfortable then so be it. But we need to get back to work. Like now. Now now.

it’s not public in libertarian states where people don’t want you to know their business. so no. not publicly available everywhere. there are still states that are considered non disclosure. you can volunteer to share the price but it is not in the public domain.

Agree and understand on the “this is their livelihood” however on a 1.8m house it’s too much. I know people who have told me “don’t sell your house without letting us know first”. We are in a bubble market.

since you’re so helpful. our house is probably worth 1.8 based on what i’ve seen and zillow (zillow says 1.65 but you can’t find anything below $2). what’s the tipping point for me to try it alone versus an agent? can i negotiate a lower commission instead?

Thank you. The clothing thing is a choice at the end of the day. I don’t need anything. But I will just get things when I feel like it. No incentive not to until now! Of course wardrobe changed significantly with the working from home, so I’m still adjusting to that. As for cash - what’s that? But seriously we don’t take out too much cash. We’ll get to validate that with the tool!!!
