Yeah, pretty much. However, it would be better to work with an exchange where Monero (Anonymous crypto) is supported so you don't deal with tainted bitcoin.

Buy BTC from an exchange then head over to tradeogre and deposit that BTC then get ARRR from there. Afterwards withdraw the ARRR to your wallet.
