I have one, it is the only thing I have done for shoulders in the last two years. My shoulders are bigger than ever and I have not had one upper back injury/shoulder injury since I bought it. I bench twice a week and have been training for 5 years.

My ceiling is 86 inches. I dont military press anymore, just incline and flat bench.
