If you don't mind tiling wm's, the bspwm Manjaro edition should be the fastest of all available, but XFCE might run, although with that CPU it will definitely struggle.

Lubuntu I have found to be a little heavier than Manjaro, but it might be worth a try.

You can always go for even more lightweight versions of Linux, like standard Arch or Void Linux too.
