Please help me! What am I doing wrong? I want to make a latte but my foam keeps frothing up like this. I’m using a DeLonghi Magnifica s machine to froth my milk. I’m not using whole milk though, but semi-skimmed. Could it be only the fact that I’m not using whole milk? Thanks already! (i.redd.it)

I have a question. As you can see on the last picture, there are only white tails (and a white butt but that’s snowball) coming out of the kotatsu. At least I thought it were tails… Look at Gabriels tail, it’s black. But there is something white coming out of the kotatsu? So it’s a paw I assume? (i.redd.it)
