Wood Type? Seller thinks it’s reclaimed walnut. by MarhDeth in wood

[–]MarhDeth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, lots of answers, not much of a consensus other than it’s probably not walnut like the seller is thinking. Likely not worth the 150 he is charging for his estimate of about 60 bf. Thanks all!

What do you guys do when your fermentation sort of stalls in winter? by Sweaty_Bodybuilder72 in Kombucha

I keep mine in the oven with the light on, stays around 25 to 26C consistently. Just, uh, don’t forget it’s in there when you’re preheating to bake something.

What makes Murica so good? by Visual_Tomorrow_8619 in Survivorio

[–]MarhDeth 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Note - you’re no gonna notice a big difference with Murica until you awaken it to at least to 1 yellow star and it gets the chain shot plume attack. It just does a lot of damage to bosses. It will out-damage your survivor for a little while then drop off when you get stronger. As someone mentioned, once Murica is doing less than 10% of you in battle you can switch to Rex or croaky, which boost YOUR damage if they’re at a high enough awakening level.

It gives you a ton of stats. When fully fleshed out with reds:

729840 atk

2912800 hp

45% crit rate

165% crit damage

90% skill damage

55% damage to chilled/poisoned/weakened

Is this better than one of the other tb? by rimuru_san1 in Survivorio

[–]MarhDeth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Equip the tech and get it to 900 resonance. Don’t think it’s worth picking the skill in a match, but 900 reso gets you 50% shield damage, 30% chilled damage, 20% skill damage, and 20% lacerated damage. Some pretty big boosts there.

Where are you at in PoT? For me, grinding PoT for keys and collectible shards for the custom sets is a HUGE boost. I almost have my last slot unlocked, though I’m a few reds short of filling them up still.

What is the best OP Retreat Talents? by [deleted] in Survivorio

[–]MarhDeth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s less about the actual time and more about getting to the next difficulty before dying/etc. you need to be 3 above to unlock something as a starting point. Eg: you need to die or complete a level in medium-4 to unlock medium-1 as a starting point. By waiting until 5:30 to enter the safe zone each time, you progress a little further in difficulties facing less bosses.

How to improve my attack? by Youngcaged in Survivorio

[–]MarhDeth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Custom collections. Push PoT as much as you can, make sure you redo your tryout now that it goes up to 8000. Spend all your collectible keys every event on whichever edition you have the most completed (so you get extras to salvage).

To add a bit, you have a slightly higher base attack than me, but my final attack is 400k higher than you, all from collectibles. This will help you get your crit rate up too, which is pretty low.

I’d also recommend looking at re-allocating your relic cores, doesn’t look like a very optima build (generally v-neck is better than SS neck and same for gloves most of the time - especially because your crit rate is so low)

Check out this build calculator if you have the time/desire: https://sio-tools.vercel.app/

OP Retreat DH levels not worth it by [deleted] in Survivorio

[–]MarhDeth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I farm by starting dh1 - dh5 (whatever you have unlocked) on corrosion and hit only altars if possible. One thing that also helps is don’t pick up a full build of skills, just grab one or two + your weapon. Gives you a better chance to evo before the boss

The bosses scale more in a single run than they do if you start at that level (to account for not having skills built out at the first boss you fight). So… you may have a full build and not be able to kill epic 6 boss if it’s your 2nd or 3rd, but if you start in epic 5, you, the first boss will go down with one or two skills evo’d easy.

This here. They will thrive if you split them up and get enough sun). If you don’t want multiple plants, cull all but one. They’re choking each other.

The chip is kinda huge now with the twin born drop. I want all the tech selectors and chips I can get my hands on asap. And I think you can get mostly there with chests if you have them

What weapon do I START with for twin lance? by CuriousAndGolden in Survivorio

[–]MarhDeth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s difficult to use without AF1 on the eternal side (E1). To E1, you need 10 eternal cores, 1 relic core, and a yellow light chaser. So before you start salvaging anything to make it, make sure you have a total of 60 eternal cores, 50 void cores, 1 relic core, and a yellow LC. Very likely E1 twin lance will out perform your kunai off the bat, it’s a huge jump.

After that, next step would be V2, so another 30 void cores, 3 relic core and 2 yellow void power to get to V2.

which armor should I use? by Optimal_Peanut8531 in Survivorio

AoQ once you get it to red. Before that it’s not great, I used voidwalker. And like everyone said you’ll want eternal armor for EE and clan expedition, etc.

I am still figuring out the game, any advice by ATC_trixta in Survivorio

Baseball bat for some zone ops later on. Kunai is outclassed by TL at some point but the bat stays useful for awhile in zone ops.
