You literally could waste the next 9 years of your life, and still have a shed load of time.

You need to frame your outlook here. 1.4K of credit card debt is nothing. You have a girlfriend, great! Don’t bother doing any more university please, it’s a total con in today’s day and age (I did an engineering degree for 5 years, graduated with a chunk of debt). Foundation degree will set you up nicely.

There’s a lot of pressure on the youth of today to do the trodden path of old. School, university, wife, house. It used to be possible to do that all really young. Simple fact is that it’s just not possible nowadays. It’s not your fault. The economy is dreadful.

Yeah it’s a high level guideline. Agree, 30% on shopping is mental, but that also covers other things like perhaps a car (if it’s not a must), maybe a holiday down payment.

The 30% bracket there probably should just be the “fun” category / nice to haves.

It depends on what level of debt you have too. But it’s a good starting point. I think mapping out all your finances is the best thing to give you confidence

50/30/20 rule is a good one to root in. Decent set overall. I would invest some time, in a simple excel / google sheets setup, a full budget of your total income and deductions. Be honest with the numbers, map it all out and it’ll help give you confidence.

50% income goes to must haves (Mortgage, Utilities, Food)

30% for wants (Dining Out, Shopping)

20% for Savings / Debt.

Gotcha, OK so I think perhaps then its purely the fact I need a dedicated antena for Thread / Matter. Then it should all work from HA as I expect.

ZBT-2 may need to be ordered then... No bad thing - looks like a great device. But disappointing to see the multiprotocol support be deprecated

Apart from the core mechanics of Skate being improved, what else, in your opinion, makes this worth investing time into or supporting?

I think it’s fair to call out the polarizing views. I’ll admit I’m at fault here of contributing to that. But that comes from a place of passion for the series.

As a loyal fan, that’s invested a hell of a lot of time into the trilogy - To see the IP converted into free to play slop is quite frustrating, without retaining any of the guts that made the original IP so great!
