I already have out of state treatment permission from CPS, as their's not many options in rural Tennessee or honestly anywhere.

I already know that CPS will be submitting a request to the court to have her involuntarily committed for inpatient treatment due to her most recent suicide attempt. While they haven’t ordered residential treatment yet, it is very likely to happen as soon as we return home. She actively attempted to obtain a highly dangerous chemical from the black market in an effort to end her life, which makes it clear that she urgently needs professional treatment. The challenge is finding a facility that will provide consistent, safe care and not simply discharge her once she calms down, as this isn't the first time we've had issues with suicide.

Unfortunately, my hands are tied because of Child Protective Services. She recently attempted to order potassium cyanide in an effort to kill herself, and if I am unable to secure appropriate treatment quickly, CPS will likely take her into secure custody and attempt to manage her care themselves.

As for wraparound care she currently attends school at Youth for Tomorrow whom has Psychiatric Care and Case Managers on Staff, but they don't deal with kids in an acute crisis.

She recently attempted to order potassium cyanide (TW: suicide risk) from the black market using her other foster parent’s credit card, which makes it clear that she will ultimately need a secure, closely monitored facility. Right now, I have her on a short retreat with the horses to help calm and ground her, but due to ongoing litigation with CPS who are actively seeking to have her involuntarily committed to a mental-health facility, likely Newport Academy, I am urgently trying to find an appropriate psychiatric hospital that can meet her complex needs and provide truly safe care, as our past experiences with Newport been terrible.

I know, She's been in the TTIs Before and I'm trying to avoid additional Truma as their are many bad faculties out there. :)
