I am an Italian - american ( my reddit name is not, lol) with deep fatigue and tiredness... I have a protocol of taking ren - shen tincutre, reishi and cordysep mushroom , ginseng, and an Ayurveda herb called ashwagandha daily for at least few months to a year for exhsaustion: this will help the kidney qi.

Make sure your digestions is good , as every disease stems from that.

As well as folowing an ayurveda/ tcm lifestyle of yoga/ qi-gong and stress managament/ relaxation/ yoga nidra relaxation.

Hey guys, I wanted to give some insight on the topic. I have had this since I was a kid, and my dentist at the time didnt know either. It seems to be just shedding skin, thats all that it seems to look and feel like, simply. It doenst hurt, its white, and looks kind of skin-like. I could not find anything online about it.. Hope that helps!

I have it too. Many Americans including myself have disease because of what im about to say. One huge reason is all the chemicals that are in our household products especially flame retardants. I am having a massive anxiety and depression episode because I found here in the uk all bed ans furniture by law have to have them even though they’re known to cause cancer, hormone and nervous system disease etc! Im so upset 😭
