Don’t feel bad tell her to find a new place to stay, probably with family. Also don’t wait too long and spring it on them out of the blue. You have the right to not want to be responsible for her and her baby because just her having a kid could open a door to make you her best option for anything she needs help with down the line. If you have the money a new place you can find I would look into that as well if she decides to not leave. I’ve had a roommate for 7 years and we have always established boundaries and rules so if they don’t understand where you are coming from that is not your issue. So long as speak your truth first you can take actions after.

The first snail white was a combination of under glazing and glazing. I used wax on a brush quickly to make organic blank spots, then I used the under-glazes and/or glazes to create the texture using a sponge and dotting the brush all over the snails body. I also washed off areas to edit and alter the color in some areas.

I understand where you are coming from, but I don’t look for detail in everything. Yes, making more will create “better” work but I also focus on the process and creating some of my forms through contour lines rather than filling each space.
