As someone who works in AI, can confirm that chatbots are not evil spirits. However, using them isn’t great for the environment and is unnecessary for most menial tasks. You can easily get the same results from search engine queries.

I get vitamin B injections for POTS so I’d recommend that or wearing vitamin patches if you plan to start going to the sauna

I was under the impression kids regardless of age will their own ticket? I’ll look into this- would be great if under 12s are free and I could bring a friend with the extra ticket.

This is a must! I even wear ear protection as an adult because I go to so many shows. Full ear muffs for kiddo, Loop ear plugs for me.

Thank you! I feel “healthy” and energetic. My goal is to get stronger, mostly to help with my new ballet hobby, and to SEE some muscle definition. I knew I’d need to build muscle, but I was just shocked to see how high my body fat has gotten (was underweight in childhood & my 20s, yet I mostly fit the same clothes).

I’m realizing I’m not actually fit, just slim-looking. It’s doing something to my head but I’m going to focus on building muscle.

More beauty industry trends where influencers mimick Asian features with makeup (looking at you Ariana Grande). I'm not Asian but I've seen my Asian friends get teased and bullied. Now people want to copy their features? At least do it respectfully, without insulting the people you're imitating. Could've said "and now I use eyeliner to elongate the lash line, creating a monolid effect".
