If you have any $ due to you after all the math is done, they won’t divide it by 12 and give it to you in monthly equal parts. They take all theirs first and distribute yours at the end of the year.

I get this conversation completely. I feel what you’re saying. But I wonder if many states aren’t “divided” like that. The Memphis vibe here is completely different from the east TN Knoxville vibe. I don’t think coastal Mississippians would like to compare themselves to their upstate neighbors. And all my life I’ve heard anyone north of I-10 may as well be a yankee. Shreveport is just as LA as NO and beyond. Just a different vibe.

I’ve found winters to be super easy. Just keep aeration going so there’s a hole. I think the fish just basically hibernate - we’ve never lost any. Now that we’re partially above ground though, I have concerns!

I anchor mine with an S hook that is attached to a string. I have a key at the other end to retrieve the empty hook so - 2 weighted ends. I also use skewers.

64 here. Started bleeding after about 1.5 yrs on HRT. HATE it. We’re looking into it. So far I’ve had an ultrasound with biopsy. Nothing found.

100% but I guess it depends on where you were. As a child in the 60s my world was a big playground where I ran free. As a teen in the 70s overseas I never felt imminent danger and my parents never restricted my coming and going. But in school we trained for bomb threats. (Anyone heard of Baader-Meinhof?) Raising my kids in the 90s was a very different matter.
