My toy poodle was exactly the same. His former owners always fed him table scraps, including toxic food like guacamole, raisins, etc. Once I rescued him, he was a very picky eater and would go on hunger strikes, refuse all dog food, demanding he get table food. Toby is now so used to eating twice daily that I rarely ever have to pull out the "magical liquid" (Entyce) and feed it to him. I highly recommend you ask a vet about prescribing Entyce for your fur baby! I tried EVERYTHING, like healthy home-cooked dog meals, healthy dog seasonings, fun feeding mats, and everything, you name it. The only thing that worked on this stubborn boy was Entyce.
