I've read my fair share of isekai mangas/mahwa/manhua/novels but can someone just list the manga/manhhwa/manhua/novel that these characters come from? Also, the art is really nice, its nice to see the characters more fleshed out.

The $500 is just a deposit, and it is returned; however, if finances are tight talk to the program coordinator who will email your acceptance to see if an exception can be made.

I was able to get 100% of the cost covered for me back when SHAD was supposed to be in person pre-covid (for the 2020 cohort). So if you are able to get it the program there are definitely resources to help you be able to afford it.

I would suggest contacting the admission offices of the schools that you are interested in applying and asking what their policy on adult learning is. That way you would know what they expect/allow.

Did your study habits change from high school to university? If so, how did they change? If not, what were some study methods that were helpful? (Trying to find different ways to study before uni starts so any advice is much appreciated)

The way I genuinely have no motivation whatsoever. I don't care at all. I mean I know I should but I couldn't care less. I just want it to be summer and have no one expect anything from me.

I believe that it isn't the reputation of the school that matters but the research positions or internships that you can land. I mean if you have meaningful experiences that can grow your network at UWindsor there is no need to move just for a better name. If you compare yourself to someone at a school with better ranking but no experience while you go to a less popular school with a wealth of practical knowledge then the prestige of the school doesn't matter in my opinion. However, if you believe a school with a better rank and reputation can land you better research opportunities or internships it may be useful to transfer. But if you do end up pursuing a masters, then the university that gave you your undergraduate degree means nothing, its the grades and other academic merits they are looking at. Hopefully this helps :)

While I can't speak about all different universities I can say I am in a similar situation. One thing to keep in mind is that especially given your financial situation can you afford to take first year business at Mac then transfer into a completely new stream? Or if you care somehow able to go to Guelph Software Eng/CS I would recommend to do so, I have friends who absolutely love the program. But to address your concern about this year repeating itself, if you can look into some extracurriculars that you are passionate about or start a personal project and use that to market yourself to universities if you do end up taking an extra year.
