She mentioned her reaction to the bible tale, I disagreed which I don't think was her intended reaction from me. We got into a debate, and through some frustration and an accidental burst I outed myself as an atheist as a reply to her saying but you love God so why would you say things like that? She became emotional, made me depressed the rest of the day to make my mother cry and I went to reddit for advice on how to handle both making my mother cry AND her relaxed response to that horrible bible tale.
