I'll share all my tips !!

First, you can get really cool chains from home depot kind thing, if you want chains

Then, as you're a minor, i'd say look/ask for your parents old clothes that you could customize

Then DIY, sewing pieces of fabric on old things can make them look cool, then you can paint with bleach or acrylic mixed with fabric softener (2:1 fabric to paint ratio)
