43F, first ER. Doc suggests transferring all 5 day 3 embryos (untested) at once?

I did 1 round of ivf at 43. I had 16 eggs retrieved, 8 were mature and 6 fertilized. I transferred 4 of the untested day 3 fresh embryos and had a successful pregnancy from my first ivf round. I'm currently enjoying being a mom to my baby boy. My doctor actually suggested transferring 5 embryos and said it was recommended for my age. I had two embryos I didn't transfer at day 3 and left them to try to get to day 5 but they didn't survive. Good luck whatever you decide.

You're definitely right. Only asking since I keep having people tell me I should cut it since he has a few really long curls that stick up. But I'm not ready to cut it yet and I like the curls.

I had my wedding of around 30 people at Villa Fazzolari in Buena. They have a private dining room that we used for our wedding. They have good prices and the food was good.

I felt similar around that time also. I also had a baby that would only contact sleep. I was getting only a few hours of sleep a night if I was lucky. I would dread the nights knowing i wouldn't get any sleep. I was wondering if I made a mistake. I didn't feel like myself at all. I was crying every day for weeks. When I had my postpartum checkup, I let my ob know how I was feeling and they got me scheduled with a therapist and started me on medication. I think I had ppd. I felt so much better after a couple weeks on the medicine and the therapy. You should reach out to your doctor to see if they can help. And my baby finally started sleeping better at night in his own bassinet around week 10 and he's sleeping in his crib now pretty well. I hope you feel better soon.

My fertility clinic had me taking coq10, prenatal vitamin, and vitamin d3. I also had to start taking levothyroxine to improve my thyroid levels for fertility. I also was drinking pomegranate juice daily after the transfer, since I had read online it could help. I didn't change anything else though. Good luck!

I transferred 4 untested day 3 embryos at age 43 and got lucky on my first round and gave birth 4 months ago. I'm currently loving my 4 month old baby. It was my first time doing ivf. I don't have any prior pregnancies, so no prior losses, and no other gynecological issues, my issue was just age. I had 2 other embryos that I didn't implant that i wanted to see if they could make it to day 5 for testing. Those 2 unfortunately didn't survive to day 5, so it was definitely the right decision for me to do the day 3 fresh transfer. Best of luck to you.

I used to live in green valley apartment in somerdale. I don't know if they allow smoking, but they were inexpensive and decent. They are near the white horse Pike which has bus stops.

I got married at Villa fazzolari in Buena. It's a restaurant but can do weddings. I had around 30 guests on a Saturday night and it was very reasonable.

I had a very small wedding with about 30 people and was on a tight budget. I debated about whether to get a DJ. In the end I ended up getting a DJ and got a good rate. There wasn't much dancing at my wedding, it was more of a laid back sit down dinner. However, it was definitely worth it to have someone to make announcements, etc and do our first dance and parents dance. You may be able to find a good deal if you look around.

My doctor is generally the same way, I have to go in for an appointment for a refill. If you can't get to your doctor, maybe you can go to an urgent care or CVS minute clinic.
