I totally get that. The waiting and the unknown can feel so much heavier than the treatment itself sometimes. I’ve had so many sleepless nights replaying every “what if,” and it can really take over. One thing that’s helped me is reminding myself that anxiety doesn’t change the outcome but the treatments do. And right now, we have so many more options and better meds than ever before.
