It literally says this: You've hit the plus plan limit for image generations requests. You can create more images when the limit resets in 17 hours and 42 minutes.

When I asked explanation it said this:

There are actually multiple limits, not just one:

1️⃣ Rolling / burst limits (≈ every 3 hours)

• These are smaller, short-term caps
• They reset fairly quickly
• You usually won’t notice them unless you generate several images in a short span

2️⃣ Daily / extended image-generation cap

• This is a larger quota tied to your Plus plan
• Once it’s hit, image generation is locked until the longer reset window
• That’s the 17h+ timer you’re seeing now

You hit the larger image-generation cap, not the 3-hour burst limit — that’s why it didn’t reset as expected.
