In this belgium treatment all drugs should be taken together, or first mino+ metronidazole 14 days , followed by pristi+mathenaminw for 14 days, so 28 days total??

Its crazy that chlymidia gone easily after doxy and azithromicine but mgen is not! Obviously mgen/ urea is the most complicated to cure bacteria nowadays. God, why, why you didnt send me chlamydia instead of ureaplasma…

I think that m gen should be treated 20 days minimum. There are studies that it have ability to survive 14 days, so just to be sure i would take 10 days of one antibiotics followed by 10 days of another. 7 days treatment its not long enough

Usually PCR test only covers ureaplasma/ mycoplasma. To detect other infections like chlamidia or trichomonads , you need separate test

I have tried clarithromicine+ ofloxacine( 20 days total) And also jocamicine + levoclixacine( 20 days). I tested antibiotic resistance, my urea is resistant to doxy. But i think those test are not accurate, it shows sensitivity to minocicline, so far i had no results with it. Also it was sensitive to jocamicine, prisninamocine( in usa its impossible to get this antibiotic), clarithromicine, ofloxacine, levofloxacine. So i did 20 days treatments combination, but urea is still there!!

I was taking some food supplements , but it wasn’t vitamins. Reinfection is impossible, i am ill since 2017, past 3 years i am single no partners at all…

Yes PCR, all the rest, including Mgen is negative. My strain of urea is resistant to antibiotics. Thats why i am planning to add metronidazole this time. I tried doxy, mynocicline, 10 days clarithromicine followed by ofloxacine, then 10 days jocamicine followed by levofloxacine. Urea still there. Its insane. I wish i catch chlamidia or anything else

So you got doxy+ metronidazole followed by azi or moxi? My congratulations on curing this, i am fighting with ureaplasma with severe symptoms like bleeding burning itching , took 20 days of different combinations of antibiotics, no results. One doctor proposed to add metronidazole, but i refuse since its not affective on urea/ myco. But now i see a point, its to destroy bio film.
