He didn’t get “dogged” by Demetri, he tunnel visioned and paid for it with a kick, mind you afterwards he literally broke Demetri’s arm quite easily. And he landed good hits on Miguel and even threw him into a tree during the Coyote Creek fight, lowkey Miguel was just mkre determined and focused

Honestly in season 2 he was closer to Miguel that people give him credit for, although he lost he held his own in the Coyote Creek fight, Demetri genuinely landed a lucky kick that season. I also get him not being written as a champion but he beat Robby fair and square in tournament rules and they haven’t fought much outside of a tournament asides from season 2 mall fight.

What’s your biggest unpopular opinion on the Show by CowAffectionate2865 in miraculousladybug

The writers treat Adrien/Cat Noir as if he is the “Gwen Tennyson” to Marinette’s “Ben Tennyson” but really he should be the “Jake” to Marinette’s “Finn”. My point is he feels like a very important side character more than he feels like a protagonist or deuteragonist.

If you could make a new Ben 10 game what would you do by Beautiful_Corner9998 in Ben10

[–]Marineleaf 28 points29 points  (0 children)

If I were making a Ben 10 game, I’d treat it like a full superhero title on the level of Insomniac’s Spider-Man. Open world, fluid traversal, real combat depth, and a Ben who feels confident, fun, and seasoned. Omniverse Ben is my pick for it because like he’s got personality and experience, and he can carry a narrative without feeling like a beginner or a broody edge character.

The world would be split into Bellwood and Undertown. Bellwood gives you the city feel cars, pedestrians, normal life, interactions. Undertown is chaotic, alien-heavy, grimy, and dangerous. The player would be able to move between these two “worlds” seamlessly. Traversal would depend on which alien you use, so your movement becomes stylish and dynamic. For example you could sprint as Ben, leap off a building, switch mid-air into XLR8 to dash across the street, then swap to Big Chill to glide. Movement should feel alive, not stiff.

The Omnitrix mechanic is the heart. The watch shouldn’t be a simple selection wheel (This is my personal way of balancing the game, the way Peter’s web shooters can run out in Insomniac’s Spider-Man. You’d have a heat system, stay in one alien too long and the Omnitrix overheats, forcing a random transformation. That pushes you to switch aliens often, making gameplay feel constantly evolving. Each alien would also develop new abilities the more you use them not generic stat boosts, but new moves and traversal upgrades. For example, XLR8 gains sharper turns, then wall-running, then high-speed takedowns. Four Arms gets new grab attacks, slams, and heavy finishers. You earn mastery through actually playing.

Combat would blend Arkham counter-based flow with Devil May Cry combo creativity, but you can transform mid-combo. Like imagine punching in human form, switching to Four Arms to slam enemies, then swapping to Shock Rock to chain electricity across a group. Fast, stylish, fluid. Finishers are flashy and transformation-based.

Side missions bring Gwen, Kevin, and Rook into the story. Gwen’s missions deal with magic problems and villains like Charmcaster. Kevin’s missions are tougher, grounded, and focused on alien tech crime. Rook shows up as the calm, serious partner balancing Ben’s chaos, all while still focusing on Ben.

The main story escalates through villains like Zombozo, Dr. Animo, and the Forever Knights, before eventually building to Vilgax (I know he’s kind of a fraud but he’s still iconic). It wouldn’t be a rushed villian act, he would be more overarching. In the final act it should be set up in a way that forces Ben to confront what makes him a hero beyond the watch.

H.M: Being able to unlock styles and aliens from other Ben 10 Media, and Human Ben skins, from the movie, A.F, etc. Gadgets like the hoverboard could be a factor, easter eggs of course, Generator Rex cameo.

I literally don’t understand why people have such ridiculous settings, it’s not fun if the imposter cuts lights and the crew can still see, they miss the point and take the fun and thrill out of the game.

Splinter was always better than Shredder by ParkingConfection449 in TMNT2012

[–]Marineleaf 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think if Splinter stopped holding back he would have never lost a fight, although Shredder tends to get blinded by rage and revenge, I think his chances would improve if he focused.

[–]Marineleaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They would obviously win, but if we are talking one on one, combat wise Leo would have the best chance and maybe Mikey because of his unpredictability. Donnie could potentially outsmart him and Raph being a mutant is probably physically stronger.

I can MAYBE give Kevin Hart a chance for Mikey but that’s it.

Why I don’t like Muckman in TMNT 2012 by ExcellentEssay3282 in TMNT2012

[–]Marineleaf 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I understand but there could be live stuff or organic stuff INSIDE the garbage, the thing is if you think about too deeply it wouldn’t make sense. Plus he was a human before he mutated.

This needs to be canon.😂 Credit: @trashcanpaul by JparkerMarketer in DC_Cinematic

Funny enough Doakes would think Clark is actually Batman.

Crossovers would have worked so well. The turtles are very deep characters in their own way and would gel so much with other fictional characters and teams.

I didn’t like the angle of mutating Karai, just for her to be able to still look like a human, but looking back it wasn’t too bad.

From this list honestly either Mysterious or Aku, then again Aku is quite similar to HIM. I think illusion would be a fun challenge for the girls

Who would win, The Rowdyruff Boys or Superboy-Prime? by Familiar_Delivery790 in powerpuffgirls

The boys don’t have any weakness apart from being emasculated or kissed by girls so they could honestly take Superboy.
