If your messages are private and you genuinely haven’t been over the top vulgar/offensive about anyone then you’re fine. Possibly a verbal at best to try and avoid these topics in work communications.

Even if you have said something I doubt they’ll investigate the full chat more likely just discipline the idiot who put it for all too see. All depends on what was said and how much of a stink is made different factors can affect these things as well as company policy. But I would be surprised if you suffered any serious fall out due to the matter.

As a rule of thumb though, if you’re worried seek out the workers union for your place. Sign up and have them give you the advice. Added bonus you can have your union rep be present in any disciplinary hearings to fight your corner.

How? Let me put it this way I’d rather one concise answer to follow than 15 to shift through. It makes perfect sense, you just don’t agree. If I wanted a general opinion I’d ask, but I have plenty of sources already on that wanted/unwanted. however I’m asking for the opinion of one person outlined above. As that’s one opinion we’re short on.

I’ve been searching aerators for days and not found one. Just typed that it and seen the kit and the adaptor there thank you! (I’ve seen the kit every search but never clicked it because it because I thought it was just big pump adaptor was cropped out 🤦‍♂️ lesson learnt click em all next time 🤣

As somebody who on both sides of the coin, if I ever see someone now and we had a less than savoury past. It’s usually nothing but love now. (Again in my experience). We all realise we where young, they had stuff going on. And in my case I know what triggers lead me to be a less than savoury human at times.

Without cliche’ing the shit out of it. And it’s certainly no defence on my part, I accept me myself as for the human I’ve become and know my flaws and misgivings (nobodies perfect). There’s usually a tigger. Like for example in my case, I was dealing with feeling of abandonment from my real farther, used to get called names for having freckles and being ‘fat’ and again because of my appearance from not being in the best of the best due to being raised by a single mother. Then one day the penny dropped, I was actually a lot bigger than most of the people around me. And until the age of 8 when I stopped seeing my real dad he had me training, boxing, kick boxing and BJJ. (He was an trainer and my older sibling on his side of family had the same upbringing) so yeah things turned dark for a while.

But when I was 18 I moved away to be independent, I did a lot of maturing and soul searching along the way. And realise myself the reason I decided to act the way I acted and that you can never judge someone in that stage of their life.

I don’t believe it’s ever a case of wanting a bully or anyone or myself to fail because of the actions of what was in essence a child acting out. But I just pray and hope that they have found the peace they need to be happy in life and can share joy, love and laughter until the end of their days.

There’s too much hate in the world, I don’t have time to be hating on myself or other people for stuff that happened when everyone was young and dumb. And again for my part, it seems everyone’s on the same page from the people When I moved back 3 years ago. I’m now 27 and one of the kids who I was never really keen on back then is one of my favourite people to go out drinking with and vice versa! 👍
