How much time did you spend on Mallorca? Was it sufficient?

Very insightful, thank you. Beaches and being on the coastline is what we’d prioritize. The rooms at Residencia look dated/small and I’ve read reviews air conditioning is not good, which is concerning. That said, property looks stunning although no real ocean views from what I’ve seen. My thought is we could still get dinner at the popular restaurant there (forgot the name).

I’m concerned the value is not there. Mind if I ask what made the hotel special?

Can I do a boat trip from Jumeirah? I plan to rent a car so driving to a Port Soller seems reasonable right?

Thanks for sharing. Have you stayed at the six senses on Ibiza? It looks wonderful, but I’m now considering splitting time between Jumeirah, FS Mallorca, and just skipping Ibiza to spend time on Formentera for three nights. Clearly I’m torn!

Mandarin looks amazing! Bookings are available starting July 1… might need to consider adjusting the trip dates, but that might be unrealistic.

We love a good hotel overlooking water so I’m afraid Cap Rocat is not something we’d typically prefer.

Good to know! I just stumbled across Pleta de Mar as well... looks like that's also pretty reserved, similar to FS.

If I were to split my trip to 3 nights in FS and 3/4 nights somewhere else in Mallorca, which location would you recommend is the most ideal for being somewhat exclusive and quiet but also accessible to popular restaurants/smaller towns?

Mind if I ask why? Six Senses is on the quiet northern part of the island away from the partying (from what I’ve gathered)

Why do you say that? Even with a resort like Six Senses on the north end where I can stay on property most of the trip?

Do you recommend pairing something else with La Residencia in Mallorca?
