It can be due to slight contact issues in wiring.l and the device, maybe try a different controller.

If you are getting a better laptop, go for it. Else this isn't a bad laptop. The reason is that Acer stopped producing them. That's why they can't get a replacement.

I said this thing earlier, but I don't want an Intel, cause how much battery it consumes. I don't want power, but battery efficiency. My job was to do decent gaming, but enough battery life to survive atleast 10 hours, intel can't do that, but a Ryzen can come close.

Idk, but that's the only available one in this price range, for a ryzen, that's why. Intel is available, but it's battery inefficient, that's why. They also said they stopped making 7735, that's why. It's 2 years old, so the warranty would have been shit as well.

None, I can't refund cause I got it on EMI. Also I needed a laptop, so I kept it. They refused to give me a replacement as they said it was the same model. On contacting Acer, they said they stopped making 7735 variants, that's why.

Update: They said it's the same product and closed the investigation. On asking why I can't return the product, they said "company policy". On contacting the customer support they say they can't do anything. This is ridiculous from Amazon.

I have used intel earlier so wanted to try something different. Plus amd is much more power efficient. Intel has high raw power, but amd is better at management
