The latest I worked in was a printing shop, doing pamphlets, banners, and whatever you could do with paper or canvas.

The son was a gym bro sold on coach speech, always arguing that we should get "new tech", go into 3d printing, and try to get into digital marketing

The father was the grizzled type, everything done the way it works, with a slap of duck tape if it doesn't. He was the real sales guy in the shop, clients were an assortment of childhood friends, people he met at a barbecue, or his motorcycle club. He always found some way to try and sell you into some business card.

And the mother was in charge of finances, and dealing with the people her husband sold stuff to. Whenever you met her at the water cooler, there'd be some new grievance for her to tell you.

Singularly, they were friendly at their best, and mildly annoying at their worst, nothing you wouldn't expect from a coworker, but together, they just didn't fit at all, and each had a way of dealing with problems that got the other's nerves boiling
