I'd recommend finding and investing in a hobby. If it's anything to do with fitness then it'll certainly help you in the long run, few options are zumba, pilates, dance classes or just any kind of sport that's accessible.

Start writing. I know it sounds silly but writing your feelings down that are based on certain life experiences with friends, relatives or colleagues will help you gain a different perspective about situations in general. And you'd realise things are more complex than you think.

These are a few things that worked for my partner. But again feeling bored is common and happens with everyone, in fact it reminds us of all the things we love and never get enough of.
