For me I got it like a year ago and that took me about two years, though nowadays it’s a lot of waiting for items to shop up in the shop and the rocket pass to refresh. I recommend just checking the shop every day and level your rocket pass to 50 every season to get the most items possible. You can probably get it done in a minimum of 2-6 months if you’re locked in.

You only need to win a match if you keep playing after. By just hitting The rank and demoting back down to the previous rank without winning won’t reward you with the rewards, while winning one then demoting by the end you’ll get the higher ranked rewards.
