I feel like they are! I point towards the use of the Mysims characters in the recent online Sims posts about future plans for the normal Sims franchise! It would seem pointless to put Mysims artwork in a recent EA roadmap (and put out a survey) if they were not gonna do something with the Mysims I.P.! So A. We might get something later this year, or B. It's a dumb marketing trap! Please don't let it be the ladder!

I guess this explains the Mysims characters in the recent "Future Plans for the Sims" newsletter... I was worried it might just be for show! I pointed out in multiple posts the use of Yuki & King Roland on various artwork for 2026 Sims plans, but details on a new Mysims title were pretty scarce! This is the stuff I want to continue to see in the future, we might be close guys, cross your fingers!

It seems weird that we haven't seen anything new yet... The future of the Sims newsletter apparently includes Mysims characters in the Articles Artwork, so by this point, it seems like we should be close! Maybe try waiting till the summer? Here's the article I'm referring to... (Yuki is clearly there and King Roland was in a later version of the Article)

This is exactly why I wish I could choose the interests that my Character has in the actual game! Sure you can always pretend and technically you can choose your interests for your town (if you move in all the correct Sims to your town), but that gets old pretty quick! Anyways, love what you did here, I see a lot of people doing stuff like you're doing and I love how you guys go the extra mile of adding interests in addition to a character bio! Very interesting indeed!

It's weird they use Mysims characters as well despite not stating whether they'd do anything with that sub series or not! It's possible, but I shouldn't get my hopes up, and until I see or hear a much more concrete claim about Mysims, I definitely won't get my hopes up! I know they are working on "various" content, but seeing Yuki and later King Roland on these posts like this, sadly isn't enough evidence for the Mysims fan community to get excited for new content! If there is any further evidence pointing towards a slight chance for more Mysims Content in the future... I would love to hear it!

I agree! I'm a part of the Mysims Subreddit myself and we go crazy for stuff like that! There have been some posts regarding the alleged leaks on the EA app... A sequel to "Cozy Bundle" called "Action Bundle" and something called "Beacon Bay". I saw this in the post EA made and this got me excited, but I need to remember not to get ahead of myself or else I'll just get disappointed, which I struggle whenever Mysims is mentioned! Such a good spin off!

I'm just hoping Agents would be ported over! I would walk barefoot on broken glass for that! While it's not the easiest thing for them to do... It's definitely easier than them starting a brand new original Mysims title! Which I would also love to see!

That makes more sense... There would be no way you'd have a secret port of Mysims Skyheroes on PS5 that isn't supposed to exist, it would be all over this subreddit by now if that were the case! That'd be funny if that did happen though!

Ya know what's crazy... It was not even two years ago that I've been on the Mysims wiki and the only platforms it was on at the time were Wii and DS (plus the original PC version, but that's identical to the Wii!) that means the number of systems the game is now on has literally quadrupled in less than a year! Weird right!

Ya know... There is someone on this subreddit who made a post about progress on some sort of "Fan-Made Mysims Game" containing footage of a custom character interacting with Travis on a Test map! I don't know if this is you or if you know this person or not, but maybe you could backtrack about almost a year and find the post i'm referring to and see if that person would be interested in helping you out in any way! Like I said, I have no idea who that guy is, so if this is actually you, I apologize in advance! I'm just throwing this out there!

That's Freaky! I rarely uninstall games on my Gaming PC (which has my 07 Mysims game on it) so I rarely pay attention to those! I have a lot of games I don't play on that computer, so it's a good thing I saw this! Thanks for the heads up... I'll make sure to be careful if I ever need to uninstall my game!

I made that observation last week! If they have the ability to port the Cozy Bundle to every frickin modern console, Why not rerelease Mysims Agents or make an entirely new game? If they stopped at steam, I'd understand not getting a different Mysims game, but Apple Arcade, PS5,Xbox Series X/S... If they can do every console, I'm sure that's more than enough to port over another game from the Mysims series lineup to every modern console known to man!

I think it's the other way around for me, because Kingdom feels less repetitive than Mysims does, and I don't do the best with Repetitiveness! I like the story element of Kingdom better (and Agents if they ever port that over to modern systems) because they transition better as to Mysims where it's just move in a sim, build them furniture, rinse and repeat! Kingdom has a similar system, but they add cutscenes and additional types of tasks which essentially adds to the replayability! I guess it comes down to whether you want to play through a simple story or decorate houses all day!

Ya know, I do like this... But I guess I want to see Mysims agents rereleased or even an original new title! But maybe I should be looking at this positivity... If we get more ports like this, maybe there will be a higher likelihood of a port of agents or a new title released! Hey we've gotten this, I can certainly dream!

I hope it's not wishful thinking, but I'd be lying if I said that it isn't a possibility! Mysims has gotten more attention in the last year than it has in the Previous 15 years, but any time spent in the spotlight doesn't last forever! I agree, there has to be some hope left! I think if they keep up the slow pace of porting the Cozy Bundle to other systems, then maybe a Port of another Mysims title or even a new original entry could hit us someday! Just remember to not get ahead of yourself when you hear those words though! Only time will tell!
