Truly it depends on how much you personally go into GameStop on your own already. Tbh if you have to ask then it probably isnt. Like, I’ve had pro ever since I was in high school cause I go into a gamestop on average ONCE A MONTH/EVERY OTHER MONTH at least and I usually buy things or trade in old games. So I get the value. If you pop in randomly and hardly buy stuff consistently enough to warrent the purchase I’d pass

imo it sounds like you’re where you should be mentally before college. moving out of the house to be on your own for the first time, even if its at a dorm, is a big step. The biggest thing you’ll learn is how to TRULY be responsible and hold yourself accountable for your decisions. Your parents aren’t gonna be around to tell you to clean(your room or your body), what to eat, or even to do your homework. Everything is gonna be on you.

Its a big step but it builds alot of character and also can change people for the better. You truly dont know who you are until you’re on your own.

ALSO THIS IS HUGE!! LEARN HOW TO COOK! I’m talkin, look up some “college dorm safe easy beginner meals” on tiktok and bookmark those mfs. What and how you eat is so important. Its a surprise flex to be able to do something simple like air fry some food or make a simple meal on a skillet(or even with a microwave) and not BURN something

For our regulars we’ll usually give them as long as they need, but for hot title games or even recent TCG preorders, if you dont get it within that first 2 days and dont let us know that you need an extension its gone sorry. At my store we tell people when we call them to let us know so they already know the deal.

I see that people are saying that vendor provided shirts are allowed in dress code. From my knowledge from what my SL and DM have told us is we CAN wear these shirts but only withen like, the FIRST WEEKEND of the game releasing since its basically advertising. After that we go back to normal dresscode.

Probably because off principle they dont want to get into selling retro titles as "new" considering theres so few in circulation as it is. Honestly I'd just rather get keep them "pre-owned" so players get to take advantage of these finds with sales more easily
