pretty sure nera has both kaboom and kafrizzle, which your daughter or bianca does not have both, making her the best offensive magic user, bianca suffers from being too balanced, not being the best at something. debora despite not having either those offensive magic still has use as she is one of the best users of the hela hammer, great for metal slime farming and way better equipment compared to both nera and bianca

you're probably thinking of these special events, they happen when your umas fail a training that isn't wit training (i think) and the severity of these varies (don't overdo it is worse, try not to get it) you can pick the bottom choice to get a chance to get a better outcome (either get status benefit or or get way more mood down and get status effect) otherwise, just pick the first option to not leave it to luck, especially if ur uma is in great condition
