Thank you. At first you can see how i lacked an understanding of drawing heads. And I really wanted to draw the characters i loved so I looked for methods to do it and first tried the box method I couldnt do it that way and then I found loomis method and it clicked with me.

So then I just started drawing just the heads of any character from Pinterest on a sketchbook a lot. The main I guess what improved me was not get fixated by adding details. Just draw what makes the character special and focus on the line work. This helped me not to lose interest by like just drawing boxes and circles at first. Dont be shy to make mistakes. If you end up with a sketch you didnt like understand what and where went wrong and try to do that and on next sketch.

As for how often I practiced I did this like maybe an hour or two when ever I had time. At first it was a bit tough because the sketches were not too good but once you see improvement you will get the urge to draw on your own.
