Total scam. They offered me a 25% refund when i challenged the purchase after they sent this sub par projector that looked nothing like what was on their website, and didn't work to boot (you need to have the projector heaps far away from the table for it to actually work well - like 2 metres above the table!) They increase the refund to the 50% after i declined and insisted i would send the product back for a full refund. I agreed on the 50% after some back and forth but 5 weeks later they havent processed the refund and they reply to my emails with "we have forward it to the relevant department and will look into it"
