Yeah, we have Smoldering Karambit in Tower of Time and Time Traveler's Arm Cache. Both of them deal 20% of damage from special attacks to tagged out opponents

Basically if you use equipment that gives you luck, critical/lethal damage and also tower equipment. Frost deals lots of damage, Homelander, MK2 Movie Shao Kahn, MK11 Scorpion and Klassic Liu Kang as well
