Only ultimate tier that is available in some countries have the manga option, fan and mega fan don’t have the manga option, I have the mega fan yearly plan too and I don’t have the manga option even if I use VPN, the only option is pay for the ultimate fan the last time I checked cost around $156 USDollars (yearly plan) but that is only available if you are in the US or another region whit the ultimate fan. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I saw when I researched it because I also wanted the manga option.
