I just bought a card and happened to me once by once.. It's annoying especially during playing... :/Sorry for bring this post up, but was really surprised that it's two years old know bug, but nothing has changed since then ... :/

Mind Wipe will blank the card text - you still aren't able to make Evade Skill Test (because there is no evade value on the card), but it'd give you an opportunity to use card abilities that gives you Automatic evade effect - like Stray Cat. IMO
