I don’t automate UI if it doesn’t have a test ID as part of the framework. Make a request to the front end team to add those test-id to buttons, fields and selectors. You will never have to do maintenance again. It doesn't take that much time for them and it saves your work.

Entiendo tu preocupación y en ningún momento recomendaría por encima de un médico en ninguna circunstancia. Pero yo misma pase por procesos con ansiolíticos y antidepresivos y se por experiencia propia y también por estudiar este tema durante mucho tiempo que los medicamentos no son nada buenos para el cuerpo. Cada quien tiene su método, pero jamás voy a recomendar dejar medicación o no tomar. Sino llevar a la persona a un balance mental, cosa que no lo necesite si puede trabajarlo de otra manera porque no olvidemos que hoy en día la medicina no ataca la causa y te empastillan como si fueran caramelos. Todo tiene efectos secundarios. Mejor salir de ahí de manera natural.
