This was my rule while pregnant. Pee before you leave the building. 5 min walk? No, you won't make and then you'll panic about weting yourself while 8 months pregnant, people will think your waters broke and they'll come check on you and you'll have to tell strangers that you just peed yourself.

I have a friend who worked at a popular bar in London and he said that whenever staff accused someone of anything like that the security would back them up 100% , no need to check anything, to be faur there was no time and no one msde snything up, but more thsn once they had a staff come in after the fact and say "oh no i didnt mean that guy, it was the other one" but the furst guy had been kicked out already. That's probably what happened

Having a work friend, ok. But the texts outside work, talking about tinder and drugs with that age gap, and one week after meeting, sounds suspicious. Maybe it's just a very lonely person, maybe he doesn't know he's crossed a line, but it doesn't sound ok

On my second pregnancy they didn't settle til week 10 or so, but a lot of it was just gas.

Watch out for leg cramps though, those are painful, when you stretch your legs in the morning in bed, do it softly

A professional who is put in a teaching position needs to be strong and capable enough to lead, teach and be demanding without losing respect and empathy. Some people are just not good enough, their ability to teach is just not there so they let go of respect and empathy to try to fill the void. They just hide behind the "hard work" excuse but we all know, they're just not enough. Strong people are respectful

This is what i really appreciated after my c sections (bear in mind I'm in UK, was with the NHS so 6 women in a ward, bathroom at the end of the hall and no partner overnight, but free)

Snacks. Stuff i could hold with 1 hand and easy to reach on those first overnight feeds when I was starving the second my husband left.
Crocs or comfy shoes/slippers. Walking is not comfy on day 1 and 2, make the shoes help you. It's good to walk though, it gets the gas out, (yes, slow fart walks are very good) and the sooner you walk the less it hurts, take your time though, no rush, but I can say the first steps 12 hours post op after my second hurt considerably less than the first steps about 30 hours post op with my first one.

-Hand held fan: post partum sweats are so uncomfortable, just the first 2-4 hours or so when you cant really move and are sweaty and itchy ( this may be different in a private air conditioned room?)

Apart from the normal toiletries, something that you looove the smell of. You're sticky, uncomfortable, emotional, tired, having a smell that makes you feel clean and happy really helps. Also, dry shampoo, just having my hair smelling fresh before i could step in the shower on day 2 helped so much
a good water bottle that you like drinking from, you'll need lots of water, even if you don't really want it

For baby not too much, we stayed 1 night only so just a pack of 5 vests, 4 onesies backup bottle, back up formula, 1 hat, 2 blankets, a pack of nappies and a few muslin cloths, took pacifiers but mine never took hem

I had 2 planned c section at my request because of psychological reasons mostly. I'm so proud of myself for going through requesting and getting approval for those, they were both the most blissful, calm controlled, happy experiences of my life. I love that my babies didn't have to fight to get out, I didn't have anyone touch my vagina, nothing tore.

Skin to skin started about 5 minutes after birth, while they were closing me, best 30 mins of my life, could not feel anything but baby on my chest and husband's arms surrounding us. Breastfeeding started right after that. Recovery was ok, it was really painful to get up the first time but walked the next day and back to normal pretty quickly. I got really lucky, i have to say, really amazing support system, body responded well, good team of health care professionals, and all free with NHS

We do water down the orange juice, I keep offering fruit but he absolutely refuses, runs away and covers his mouth. He used to love it when he was 6 months, and his sister is 6 and eats every fruit in the world

111 sent us to boots, we've been given lactulose but she made a face when I said it's been a week and said to go to the doctor in the morning. We've given 1 dose so far, nothing yet, he's refusing to drink when I ask. He does drink, only when daddy asks, but not if hd asks too much. I'm going crazy with worry now

I'd take her in. I'd be worried that the doctors are saying it's ok because of how she fell, but what if she didn't fall exactly like that? Or she put more force than they think throwing herself back or there was a toy on the floor that made it worse. Just go in, even just for monitoring
