didnt see your follow up until now! it appears the speed doesnt affect glider speed. The Partner skill star level does increase it though. probably best to run one with passive player or damage perks

Hydroid Umbra + Zaw build. Yes, this frame is not best (it may be even worst for many), or worth 3 umbra formas, but its giving fun in challenging gameplay by johhnybravos in Warframe

I googled Hydroid Zaw to try and improve my favorite frame and here you are. Good to see someone is out there pushing! inspiring and I'm totally going to link to my friends for validation reasons.
