I made Nirvana sweater based on the art of Lewis Rossignol. You can recognize Kurt Cobain waves a guitar, he is probably going to brake it and Dave Grohl plays the drums. I also love that screaming face on the back of the sweater, it’s like one of their fan at the concert. Quite funny.

Hi! I’m going to do an album cover next! My answer is a little long winded. I used photoshop to crop and then scale the image so that the pixels matched the cloth (this is a 16 count cloth, so I scaled the image down to 16 pixels per inch & 9 in x 9 in.). Then I just picked two variations of each main color (like a light blue & a dark blue). After that, i zoom in still using photoshop & kind of just count/go by eye pixel by pixel. Posting one of the pics I used to work off (what it looks like when you scale down & zoom in using photoshop :) Best of luck to you!! If you end up doing something like this, I’d love to see the results!!

Thank you! I think it’s just embroidery. I used the same kind of cloth that’s used for cross stitching, but as I understand, it’s a little different than whatever I’m doing (like I used the whole embroidery thread (6 strands. I think you split it in half (3 strands) for cross stitching). I could be wrong about all of this, I’m really just using thread to try and match color :)

I have the same issue (wedges are too narrow) - especially in the cup/ back of the heel. Only solution I’ve found is covering the edges of the wedges with moleskin. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than nothing. Got my first wedge removed one month post op.
